The test principle
The syringe into not less than 25% of the nominal capacity, Is the cone head up, Back to draw the piston, Is to overlap the reference line with the nominal capacity line, And then placed on a syringe holder, Firmly attach the tube on the tester negative pressure output to the cone head of the syringe, Connect the tester to the network, Turn on the power switch, After the negative pressure is stabilized, Then press the start button, The tester will automatically suck up the air, To the negative pressure display number when expressed to 88 KPa, Automatic stop of suction air, At the same time at the beginning, Maintenance time of 60S, in the meantime, Visual observation that the contact site with the piston shall not produce bubble phenomenon (the negative pressure display number should not exceed the original display value of 0.5 KPa), And the piston and the core rod shall not be detached.
